Cycling gaining in popularity, even in Motor City.
Detroit has long been known as “Motor City”, where the car reigns as king. But even here cycling has become increasingly popular for both transportation and recreation. For example, a recent report indicates that the number of bicycle commuters in Detroit rose 258 percent over the last two decades.
