National poll: Canadians support more bike lanes
A national poll conducted by Ipsos Reid indicates that 81% of those surveyed think Canada’s cities don’t have enough bike lanes, and that 73% feel cyclists are right for demanding more respect from drivers. Ipsos Reid associate vice-president Sean Simpson said support for more bike lanes was especially strong among the 1017 people surveyed.
